Customers from outside the UK are responsible for paying any import duties on their purchase when it enters their country. We are not experts in international trading but realise that each country charges different rates for the import of silver jewellery. We don't wish such an additional charge to detract from the pleasure of your purchase so would rather make you aware of it pre purchase. Please investigate any such charges before you purchase, so you are fully aware of all costs involved.
In accordance with Government legislation, if a customer informs us within 14 days of receiving their ring that they wish to cancel their order, we will issue a refund.
If you wish to cancel your order please email us within the 14 day period to let us know, then send the ring back in it's original condition to us (see RETURNS below).
If your ring does not fit when it arrives and you wish to exchange it for a different size, please inform us within 14 days of receipt by email of the size you require and return the ring to us. Once received we will send you a different sized replacement at the earliest opportunity (see RETURNS below).
Returns for refunds or a replacement ring should be sent in suitable packaging via a tracked insured postal service or courier. Please ensure the ring is returned in the condition that you received it in with the original owned247 ring pouch. Please include your name and order number.
